Our passion is to support women to achieve their peak level of physical and mental health so they can effectively make their impact the world. Flourish is physical and online space for women and mothers led by a team of experts in women's health collaborating together.
Flourish is a beautiful health clinic designed by Dr. Aisling Lanigan and one of her amazingly talented mom boss patients – designer and tv host Debra Salomoni. It features a beautiful waiting room with live plant wall, private treatment rooms, a large IV Suite, group class and yoga space.
I started Flourish because I believe with all of my being that we can have it all as women: we can be mothers, partners, sisters, friends; but we can only do this when we feel amazing, not fine, not 7/10, only when we are flourishing!
AISLING'S STORY
I am a power mama and I want to create, support and uplift the power mama – even if their babies are adults, it is never too late to flourish!
Dr. Aisling Lanigan is a leading expert in women’s health, mom of young children, Naturopathic Doctor, Speaker and Flourish Health Clinic owner. Through working with thousands of women struggling to get pregnant, rebuild post partum or step into the best version of themselves after 50, Dr. Aisling has determined what women need to flourish and has integrated this into a beautiful and effective approach to women’s health.

I founded Flourish with the belief that people thrive when their health is prioritized and supported. Flourish was designed as an integrated, collaborative space where people receive exceptional care from a team of dedicated experts. Each Naturopathic Doctor on our team completes a rigorous, structured mentorship and training program, ensuring that every patient experiences the same high-quality, Flourish standard care.
My focus is in women's health, particularly perimenopause and menopause, and complex female-factor fertility, including egg quality and fertility optimization.
