Harpreet Sahota, MSW, is delighted to be with Flourish as a Registered Social Worker and a part of a team that focuses on empowering women.

Harpreet is grateful to walk alongside you on your unique therapeutic journey. She is passionate about helping women recognize their strengths, wisdom, self worth, intuition and personal goals within a supportive and collaborative space where you can be seen and heard. Harpreet believes that every person’s story and challenges must be met with compassion, deep listening and warmth.

Harpreet has completed her Masters in Social Work at the University of Toronto along with training in CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (Informed), Talk Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. These are all tools Harpreet draws on to support her clients through anxiety, depression, self image, low self esteem, women’s health, life transition, grief and bereavement, challenges of cultural dual identity, relationships and past traumas.

Harpreet’s priority is the therapeutic relationship she creates with her clients free of judgment, distraction or pressure. In today’s fast paced world, it can be so hard to find a safe space to open up and let those emotions go. Together we will unlearn and relearn. This will be your time and place to let go, feel and be.

Harpreet enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, playing volleyball and taking power naps. Harpreet also loves being a cat mom to Tuxedo!
